1. Ex Stock Items are subject to Prior Sales

2. Ex Stock items processing time will be 3-5 working days

3. Delivery as per schedule and availability of team

4. Restocking lead time may vary. The usual lead time is 10-14 weeks for Consumables and Equipment

5. Restocking lead time of Chemicals, reagents, and DGR Goods is 12-16 weeks subject to per following.

a. Export and Import Permit Requests

b. Customer Clearance at the Port

c. EUD (End User Declaration)

d. Air Shipment (12 weeks)

e. Sea Shipment (16 weeks)

6. Partial Delivery and Partial Payment should be allowed

7. In case of Force majeure, export/import permits restrictions found for a particular item lead time may vary or canceled any time after placement of the order

8. In case of a back order it is the customer’s responsibility either to wait for the item to be available with the Manufacturer or cancel the item from the Purchase order

9. Partial delivery and partial payment should be always allowed

10. Lead time will start after receipt of the Purchase Order by LAB-INSTRUMENTS

11. For new customers/traders’ order processing will start after receipt of the Purchase Order and advance payment

12. Delivery charges may vary as per management decision

13. Installation as per schedule and availability of the service team. Kindly coordinate with your concerned salesperson/team

14. Commissioning: Will be evaluated and charged as per the proposal provided by the service team.

15. Service with warranty: Products under warranty will be as per Manufacturer policy.

16. Additional warranty charges will be charged separately

17. Service without warranty: Will be evaluated by the service team and management. The minimum Service charge for visiting the site is 250 AED.

18. In case of any product discontinuation by the supplier, LAB-INSTRUMENTS is not liable to supply the same. The alternative can be offered subject to availability.

19. LAB-INSTRUMENTS is not liable to bear any penalty and late delivery charges imposed on third-party suppliers placing orders to LAB-INSTRUMENTS

20. All prices offered are exclusive of the 5% VAT applied by the Gov. of UAE from 1st January 2018. VAT will be charged as per actual where applicable.
